Our four state-of-the-art baking lines are designed to produce a wide variety of products, including baked breakfast bars, co-extruded items, wire-cut protein cookies, and rotary-formed biscuits. Wafer Cookies
Wafer bars with cream layers offer a versatile and innovative platform for a variety of product capabilities. They combine the light, crisp texture of wafers with rich, creamy fillings to create an indulgent yet balanced treat. We have two top of the line wafer ovens that result in high quality, consistent wafer bars. With the ability to incorporate diverse flavors, from classic vanilla to exotic fruits, wafer bars with cream fillings can cater to a broad range of consumer preferences. Additionally, they provide opportunities for customization in coatings, inclusions, size, shape, and packaging, making them an excellent option for on-the-go snacking.
Chocolate Moulding
Our moulding lines offer a wide range of flexibility from the ability to receive and store bulk chocolate to the many different final pack configurations available. Each line has dedicated tempering units along with a wide range of options for handling center material. Moulds are fully customizable to create a wide rage of shapes, embossed pieces, and bars.
